Our secure shopping cart is provided by Paypal. We accept credit cards as well as echecks and instant payments. We also happily accept Money orders, Cashier's checks and personal checks. If you wish to mail in your order please copy and print the shopping cart page and mail with your payment. Be sure to include a current shipping address.

Our goal is to

We ship most orders via US postal service priority
mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are
usually shipped
within 1-3 days after payment. Checks will be held
for
clearance.
Wine Holders, Cookie Jars and cast iron ceremonial tea pots ship within 1 - 5 days via fedex. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be higher for wine holders, etc.. these items must ship to a street address, no POBs, Alaska and Hawaii are the exceptions. We ship priority mail to these locations so POBs are accepted.
If you require your items shipped to a POB please request it. A shipping surcharge will be due before shipment is sent in this case.
We attempt to maintain stock of all items; however, due to our vast inventory and limitations of manufacturing and import schedules we may occasionally run short. Please provide a valid e-mail address with your order so that we may contact you if your order qualifies for extra discounts or contains back ordered items.
Please note: Orders containing many samples or samplers will take extra time to prepare. These items are prepared to order so the aromas don't fade or blend from being packaged together for extended times. Sampler orders usually ship within 2 - 7 days depending on the number of samples in your order and the number of samples pending at the time your order is received.
